Enlightenment:
Living in an overstimulated society, Zak was consumed by stress and anxiety.
The news and the media was all he could hear, pushing him towards a life of fear.
Full of self pity, like the rest of his city, his soul needed a vacation.
The beach it was not, it had to be something free of cost, and so he started meditation.
With patience and time, he was soon full of pride.
After realising the problem wasn't out there but inside.
Wim Hof/Cold water therapy.
Seeking freedom from vice,
Zak longed to keep busy.
He turned habit to ice,
which was ever so chilly.
So in came Wim Hof,
Who made all shiver cease.
As Hof taught that the water,
Was a portal to peace.
So Zak was now Zen,
From vice to cold therapy -
Even if his pecker,
Dangled oh so ungenerously!

Zak used to like doggy style, now he likes downward dog.
He was always on the chase, craving that juicy peach.
The peach filled a void, a void ever so deep.
But it never made Zak happy! Chasing the peach to maintain his sanity…
Then Zak found yoga,
which had a surprising effect... over the control of his todga.
Using his breath as a guide,
To reign in the turbulent tide
BANG.
And the tension was gone.
Zaks urges had swiftly moved on...
Now that Zak, had connected his heart, body & mind.
Zak and the ancient art of 8 limbs
As we know, life is hard to figure out.
From all sides we feel fear, anxiety and doubt.
It can feel like tentacles, coming from all angles.
It has a grip over you, like your spirit being strangled.
Until one day, Zak said he’e had enough.
He stepped into the gym and laced up his gloves.
Whilst hard at first, the journey was long.
But before he knew it, his mind and body were strong.
Now he’s ready for whatever life brings.
All thanks to the ancient Art of 8 Limbs.
